Quality gates: thresholds, gating verdicts, slices, and report publishing.

The seam against latent.stats is the sink, not the subject. latent.stats computes statistics — bootstrap CIs, comparisons, effect sizes, analyze. This package decides what those numbers mean for a run and emits the artifact that decision is recorded on:

• thresholds — the config/thresholds.yaml lockfile: load, resolve, re-gate, promote, discover published reports.
• gating — GateSpec, threshold_gate, enforce_gates, the multiple-comparison correction.
• slices — scores_by / is_slice. Slicing statistics for the gate purpose: the {prefix}_{col}_{val} contract only means anything to the threshold machinery, and nothing in latent.stats consumes it.
• publish — publish_report: gate-fill, sampled stamp, renderings, MLflow, payload. Sink-agnostic — shipping the payload to Agent Studio is latent.studio's leg.

Every name here is also re-exported from latent.stats for existing consumers.
