Public API for latent.optimize.

Submodules are lazy-loaded via latent._lazy.lazy_getattr (PEP 562). The heavy optimizers (DSPy, ACE, AutoResearch, Combined) live behind optional extras — lazy_getattr will raise the underlying ImportError on first attribute access if the extra isn't installed, which mirrors the old hand-written __getattr__ UX without the literal-import lines the vendor walker can't statically prove are reachable only via __getattr__.
